"Yesterday, I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today, I am wise, so I am changing myself." - Rumi Within The Art of Living in Joy - Five Practical Steps to Transform Life Challenges into Joy and Harmony, Dr. Arayeh Norouzi addresses her various life challenges and how she overcame them through her introspective endeavors, helping others in their paths, and extensive research. As she traversed this journey, she became certain that while there might not be a magic potion out there to permanently transport humans to the land of joy and freedom, there definitely is a magic formula. She spent years perfecting this formula and came up with five chronological steps that have the potential to gracefully get us there regardless of the gravity of the situation. Dr. Arayeh believes the human world was originally designed to be a playground for us to perpetually revel in the joy that is inherently our birthright. We are supposed to enjoy living! Yet we were not taught how to do so by our caregivers who didn't know themselves, and neither did the school system or society in general. She trusts there is a new wave of consciousness in the world, and it's now time to claim our rights. With this book and the five-step system, she hopes you will be led to tap into your own inner wisdom by cultivating awareness of your past conditioning, rewiring the limiting programs, and adopting more empowering and compassionate ways of living.
