His ability to create collaborative work environments has been recognized at the Central Intelligence Agency and by the Office of Director of National Intelligence. Serving as the Deputy Chief of HR at the Metropolitan Transit Authority, Robert played a crucial role in guiding the organization through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, implementing innovative technologies to enhance operations. Beyond his impactful government service, Robert continues to work as an executive coach and consultant to drive meaningful change and innovation across various sectors with a focus on creating powerful and practical solutions. He holds an MA in Government from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.
