HJERTER, a published art historian, is the former curator of the art collection of the Harry Ransom Humanities Research Center, University of Texas at Austin.The late WILLIAM WEBER JOHNSON, a long time friend of Lea's, was professor of journalism at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bureau chief for Time-Life. He is the author of many articles and books, including Kelly Blue.BECKY DUVAL REESE is the director of the El Paso Museum of Art.
