The problem of housing is a concern in all developing countries because of the lack of materials. This work consisted in setting up innovative exploitation and treatment techniques allowing to optimize the production of cut stones on the site of Toungwi, but also of the output at the building site, for a better availability of local materials, a better use and a better quality of product to satisfy the demand at the local, national and even international level. The results of this study illustrate the insufficiencies and inefficiencies of the techniques of exploitation and treatment of the cut stones of Toungwi, which justify the low productivity of this resource. It is therefore essential, and even vital, to implement the proposed solutions and methods in order to ensure the security, monitoring and optimization of the mining activity on this site. The target audience includes people with various functions within the industry and also around it, all organizations/structures having for concern the acquisition of techniques and methods of optimization of the work on the site.
