Hilary du Cros is an Honorary Research Fellow, University of New Brunswick, Canada. She has a unique perspective on arts, heritage and tourism management. Books include the popular textbook on Cultural Tourism: The Partnership between Tourism and Cultural Heritage Management, 2002 (second edition forthcoming 2014, which will be titled, Cultural Tourism) and Cultural Heritage Management in China with Y.S.F Lee (Routledge, 2009). Lee Jolliffe, a Professor of Hospitality and Tourism (University of New Brunswick, Canada) has a research interest in culture and tourism. Previous books include Sugar Heritage and Tourism in Transition (Channel View Publications, 2013) and Mining Heritage and Tourism with Michael V. Conlin (Routledge, 2011).
