Dr. Aye Mya Nanda ist außerordentliche Professorin an der Abteilung für internationale Beziehungen der Dagon-Universität in Yangon. Sie promovierte 2007 an der Universität von Yangon über die Aktivitäten von UNICEF in Myanmar (1995-2005). Dieses Buch basiert auf ihrer Forschung an der Universität von Yangon.
