Carlos O. Hardy born in Flint, MI. Hardy graduated from Ferris University in Big Rapids, Michigan and majored in Film, Writing and Television production. After graduation Hardy moved to Chicago, Illinois where he interned at Amoco productions headquarters. After a short stint as an intern, Hardy packed his bags and headed for California to pursue a career in Film and Television production. Hardy started his entertainment career as an Assistant with Warner Bros. Studios in 2000. Hardy worked behind the scenes on the television shows "Smallville" and "Bull" before breaking away to write, produce and director his own short films and television projects. In 2006 Hardy wrote and produced his first independent feature film "Right Place, Wrong Time". The film received national exposure as a distribution deal was struck in 2007. Hardy soon went to work on his next two short films which he would take on director duties. "Antidote" and "Unrevolving Doors" are two short films that take on imagination while inspiring at the same time. In 2013 he self-published the sci-fi book series Volonians. The promotion of Volonians exposed Hardy to thousands of kids around the world as he toured hundreds of schools. It is Hardy's intention to create meaningful books that will inspire, compel and motivate a new generation of storytellers.
