Troy Sydney Maxwell Pearson grew up on the outskirts of Sydney, Australia, with his beloved mother and grandmother. Sports were a high priority, especially martial arts. A tradesman by twenty-one, Troy has a strong work ethic but is burdened by the pain of schizophrenia, now a big part of his life. He lives by the mantra, "One step at a time."
