Marcia Dale Weary is the founder and Artistic Director of the internationally recognized Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She has been a ballet instructor for 60 years and has proudly watched nearly 300 of her students achieve their dreams of becoming professional dancers in companies throughout the world. She resides in the Carlisle farmhouse with her sister, Sandra. Marcia loves her beautiful garden and her amazing flowers. Theresa Lee Crawford is the niece of Marcia Dale Weary and was a faculty member of the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet for fifteen years. From the age of ten her aunt mentored Theresa as an instructor. Theresa holds a certificate in creative writing from Kennesaw State University. She is a well sought after guest teacher and has taught in California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and China. Theresa loves planting seeds and helping the flowers to bloom.
