Author Kayla Floyd is a mother and avid meditator who is passionate about mindful living. She has worked for nearly a decade as an intuitive channel, an energy healer and a meditation teacher helping adults manage their energy and transform their beliefs about what's possible. With her children's book Wondrous You, she brings her wisdom and positive way of seeing the world to help kids harness their power within. Kayla is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and lives in Texas with her husband and daughter. In 2017 she and her family were featured by Dr. Joe Dispenza in his documentary Supernatural Mind for their exceptional healing experience using meditation.
