Autorenporträt
William Sims is a former teacher, assistant principal, principal, and is currently an Educational Recovery Leader with the Kentucky Department of Education and an adjunct professor in the Department of Education at the University of the Cumberlands. He is an active member of the Kentucky Association of School Administrators (KASA) and has served on the KASA Executive Board of Directors as the Middle Grades Administrators' Representative. Dr. Sims's areas of interest include educational leadership, teacher development, school climate and culture, and teacher recruitment and development. He holds an Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of the Cumberlands.
