Founder of the Benevolent Dictator Institute and the managing partner of Pinnacle Leadership Group, Dr. Hamrick is an industry expert in the benevolent dictator leadership style, along with being a professional futurist. Dr. Hamrick's educational background includes a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Strategic Foresight from Regent University, a Masters of Professional Studies in Enterprise Architecture (often called the MBA for CIOs) with a certification in project management from Penn State University. Certification in Health Information Technology Engineering from Tidewater Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University. Dr. Hamrick holds many IT industry certifications, including MCSE and VCP. Along with being a certified Change Management Specialist (CMS) from the Management and Strategy Institute. He is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists. Dr. Hamrick has worked in fortune 500 companies, healthcare, IT service, engineering, franchisee, and running a sole proprietorship. Dr. Hamrick teaches leadership as an adjunct professor at Regent University. Justin Hamrick's breadth of experience and knowledge enables him to work within many different organizations and departments to help translate vision and strategy into an effective change in leadership.
