David Trumper taught at several schools in Shropshire and has always had an interest in local history and photography. He has collected and photographed over 20,000 views of Shrewsbury and Shropshire, dating from 1842 up until the present day. He is the author of Around Bridgnorth, Ludlow in the 1960s, and Shropshire Then & Now.
