SaDonna Rogers survived the tornado of April 10, 1979 in Wichita Falls, TX when she was 12 years old. It was the catalyst and inspiration for her series about DeLaine Reynolds. A life-long friend planted the seed for DeLaine's story a year after Terrible Tuesday of 1979 and it grew over the next 30+ years. Her first volume in the series, "Dust In The Wind" was released in April 2014 with the 2nd volume, "Still" being released October of 2014. The third volume, "Too Much Heaven" was released in November 2015. The fourth volume, "Please Don't Go" was released at the end of 2016. Her newest volume is the much anticipated "The Best of Times." Ms. Rogers has lived all over Texas her entire life and loves its rich heritage and history. She now resides in Goliad, TX with a menagerie of dogs and cats. She has a grown son and 1 grandson & 1 grand-daughter.
