For this reason the Eastern terms, which have made the Bhagavad-Gita almost incomprehensible to any but those learned in the Sanscrit, and trained in Oriental and Theosophical terminology, have been substituted by their English equivalents, or, when inserted, translated into English from the Sanscrit.
