Dwayne Rancifer is addicted to helping Young Adults and Teens find success without the aid of a traditional job. Even before he was a millionaire, Dwayne was giving back. However since he's amassed over a 100 properties and over a dozen retail outlets he has worked tirelessly to ensure hard working folks can enjoy every privilege someone rich does. In the process of gaining his wealth, Dwayne's had to overcome bullying, depression, and gang violence, plus almost being shot by the police. In spite of all this, Dwayne continues to serve his community. He has been a member of the City Of East Chicago School Board. He's currently Councilman At Large for the City of East Chicago. And he takes "no salary" for doing so. Mr. Rancifer donates his entire salary to graduating seniors in the form of Scholarships through the "Bigger Picture Foundation". He's now teamed up with Business Coach SaDon Long to teach young people how to start businesses from scratch that sent them up for millions.
