Autorenporträt
Rachel Guido deVries is a poet and fiction writer. The Birthday Years is her fifth collection of poems. Her novel, Tender Warriors,was published by Firebrand Books in 1986. Until recently she was a poet in the public schools for thirty years. She directed theFeminist Writers' Workshop at Wells College in the 1980s, and founded and directed the Community Writers Project in the1990s. She lives in Cazenovia, New York, with her two cats, Angelo and Fredo.
