Bruce Lewis was a crime reporter for several California daily newspapers where he earned six awards for best news and feature writing. Bruce is the author of Bloody Paws, winner of a Maxy Award for best mystery novel, and Blood Pages, a crime thriller dealing with intergenerational violence and child abuse. Bloody Feathers, is book three in The Kim Jansen Detective series.He also wrote the Master Detective Magazine cover story, Bloody Murder in Beautiful Downtown Burbank. In 2021, he and his wife moved from Northwest Portland to the San Francisco East Bay.
