Compelled to do something herself, she decides to find the kids and bring the traffickers to justice. It is a reckless decision that draws her into a dangerous world of organised crime, and as feelings of vengeance spiral out of control she is forced to examine her true motives behind her mission to rescue the kids.

P C Cubitt is the author of Fly Catcher, long-listed for the Bridport First Novel Prize 2023.She has worked in the fields of business, education, and research, when she was contributor and editor to several academic journals. Her PhD research in Africa inspired the move to writing fiction. The Blue Alley is her second novel.She lives with her husband in Yorkshire and is the proud mother of sons.
