Autorenporträt
Rebecca Jamieson grew up in the Driftless region of southwestern Wisconsin, and currently lives in Portland, Oregon, where she teaches writing and meditation. She holds an interdisciplinary BA from Marylhurst University in Writing, Mindfulness, and Psychology. Her publications include the Shambhala Sun, Calyx, Stirring, and VoiceCatcher. She has been awarded residencies at the Vermont Studio Center and the Spring Creek Project. In her free time, Rebecca volunteers as a facilitator with Write Around Portland, a nonprofit that offers writing workshops for those who wouldn't otherwise have access to writing and community.
