Asif Nabiyev born 25 January 1958. He graduated secondary school and graduated faculty of mathematics of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. For more than 30 years, worked at the various secondary schools and ¿Khazar¿ University. PhD in Pedagogy, is author of 1 book and more than 20 articles. He lives in Baku.
