Eric Rosswood is an award-winning author and activist known for his work in parenting and LGBTQ+ representation. Having started his career by creating the first Gay-Straight Alliance at his high school, he participates in several queer non-profits and activist groups, including chapter leader of California’s Marriage Equality USA. Eric is also known for his children’s books, My Uncle’s Wedding and Journey to Same-Sex Parenting; both have gone on to win multiple accolades such as the International Best Book Awards. Fun facts about him include riding 545 miles to raise money for HIV/AIDS research and having climbed Mount Fuji. Eric lives with his husband and their two children.
