The Book of Good is a guided journal for people who want to find the good in each day. Appropriate for all ages-from adults to teens to parents and children-this journal encourages you to write three good things that happened each day. Every day. It could be as monumental as winning the lottery or as small as the joy a pet brings when you play together. The date at the top of each spread is blank so you can start at any time of year-you don't have to wait for January 1st to make a habit of focusing on the good. Over time, you'll find yourself looking for good throughout the day. It may not stop negatives from happening, but it'll help you to stop dwelling on the things that are out of your control and focus on the good. Each spread has three lines for each day, then space to highlight the three best things for that week. Each quarter there's a page to reflect on the previous months, with the final page set aside for reflection on how your outlook has changed while using this journal.
