This book is based on the author's feelings, opinions, some truths, and her vivid imagination. The author used her imagination to pseudo-historical events to bring the readers in that moment. Any resemblance to actual persons and their location, living or deceased is coincidental, pertaining to The Bronze Plantation and Mr. Ed. However, Mr. Ed's portion has some element of truth. The author allowed her readers to visualize the conditions and get a feel of the climate at the time. Also, this book chronicles the life of the people living on the Bronze Plantation, the Massa, and his slaves. It takes you through the struggles and good times of their individual lives. The second part of this book introduces you to an individual named (Mr. Ed who is a descendant of William a slave). He has a very high sex drive; a strong personality and lots of charisma. He is a compelling character with a charm that inspires devotion in others). It will take you through his married life to Della and the unnecessary struggles he placed on his eleven children. Also, the author included individual life stories about what they experienced being Black. Additionally, the author included key information that was excluded from our history books.
