Solomon Morrow is a native of Chicago, IL. Mr. Morrow earned a J.D. from of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. In addition, Mr. Morrow earned a M.A. in Leadership in Teaching from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, a M.A. in African American Studies from Morgan State University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Iowa State University.
