The Buddha: A Storied Life brings together twelve leading Buddhist Studies scholars to tell the story of Buddha's expansive life. The book traces the Buddha biography from his past lives to his final rebirth, and then onwards after that, when his cremated remains pick up where his physical body leaves off. Using multiple perspectives, voices, and sources, this volume sheds new light on the enduring story of Buddhism.
