This book is non-fiction. Forged documents made and used by staff in a british university. Verified by the police in 1987. A prosecution should of course be started. But no, a prosecution was not started and the government censored the situation (giving no explanation). This was contrary to standard legal procedure. The end of the censorship is imminent. When it ends the government will have to give an explanation for it's 1987 decision to block a prosecution and censor the affair. The book is an abridgement of "The Cathays Files 25", sixth edition, with additional details and comments.
