MARICAR SANTIAGO is an immigrant from the Philippines who settled in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, in 2012 with her husband and three daughters. The author hopes that this book strikes a chord with everyone who reads it by helping them to be respectful of others, regardless of race, colour, gender orientation, belief or background. This respect also goes towards our surroundings such as the air we breathe, the water, the trees, the animals, and everything else we see in nature. We all serve a purpose in this world.
