He is an executive coach, corporate team facilitator, retreat leader, author, and speaker, whose work with his transformational Q7 Process has taken him across North America and Europe. Prior to launching his coaching firm, Quadrant Corp, in 2001, Brian was the co-founder and CEO of three companies, managing thousands of employees and raising hundreds of millions of dollars.
