He is the author of "Art Is the Answer" (Yavanika Press, 2019), an e-chapbook of one-line haiku. His other books are "Rethinking the War on Drugs in Ireland" (Cork University Press, 1996) and, with Garrett Barden, "Law and Justice in Community" (Oxford University Press, 2010). He lives in Madrid.
