Autorenporträt
Elanda Ra is a renaissance person at heart who specializes in the healing and creative arts. She is a writer and illustrator of children's storybooks, visionary and teaching artist, spiritual minister, healing practitioner and flower essence therapist. Elanda Ra is the creator of Essence of Life, a high vibrational flower and energy essence collection. She is the land steward for Nature's Gate Retreat Center, an 80 acre sanctuary in the rolling farmlands of upstate New York. The center offers educational programs that inspire creativity and personal empowerment for children and adults. Elanda Ra hosts and facilitates personal intensives, writing workshops, Nature's Classroom, spiritual development and embodiment. As a teaching artist, Elanda Ra is on the roster for Arts for Learning, Connecticut. She works in schools throughout the Northeast with her children's books creating murals, creative writing and art. Her visionary art and landscape paintings are in numerous collections and she shows her art in public galleries.
