One night, he woke up with a strange noise coming from the river of Bells, but did not see anything different when looking out the window. The following morning, the noises were accompanied by mysterious flashes. Jumping out of bed quickly, the 12-year-old boy noticed something was going up the river. However, the moon and stars covered by dense clouds made it difficult to identify. On returning from school, remembering Galileo Galilei, he created a telescope with cardboard and glasses. On the same night, he came across a caravel similar to that used by Cabral in his discovery of Brazil. Without the parents notice, jumped out of the window and approached the beach. When he made contact with the captain of the caravel, Cassius did not yet imagine the adventures that would live before dawn.
