Dr.M.A.Zulfikar Ali is currently Working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Education of Andhra University for the past twelve years. He obtained M.A, M.Ed., M.Phil and Ph.D in Education . He has Published several articles in Various National and International Journals and books. He qualified UGC NET in Education.
