Dr.Riley received his doctoral degree from the University of
Central Florida in Education. His area specialization is Sports
Leadership. Prior to his current position,Dr. Riley served in the
U.S. Navy. He has received honors and awards including National
Dean s List, National Holmes Scholar and Outstanding Young Men in
America.
