Autorenporträt
Frank Hoffmann is an associate professor in the Dept. of Library Science, Sam Houston State University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and has been a library practitioner and educator for twenty-two years. He is presently editor of the journal, Popular Culture in Libraries, and has authored approximately twenty books, including The Literature of Rock series, the Cash Box chart series, Censorship and Intellectual Freedom, and the Encyclopedia of Fads series. George Albert is a legendary figure in the music business. A songwriter in the heyday of Tin Pan Alley, he writes a syndicated newspaper column and is founder and president of Cashbox.
