The findings of the study explored that conflict turns from simple to complex if remain unsolved. Argumentation and avoidance have been found as two destructive elements for conflict in couple.The major cause of conflict is closely related with the birth of first child.Role conflict and maintain every day life are another causes for split up.The study explores that Divorce or separation doesn't end the conflict because of children.So the book could be helpful to new researchers or social workers to identify the way to cope with the situation in an effective and constructive way.

Tahmina Islam is an Assistant Professor of Social Work department in Shahjalal University of Science & Technology Sylhet Bangladesh.She obtained her MSS degree from the same University and later she obtained IMSSW degree in Social Work from Goteborg University Sweden.Her area of interests are counseling,women issues & empowerment,meditation.
