I got my first degree on MIS and did my second Degree on Leadership and Good Governance To include my reaserch as a solution for the Geri and Borena Conflict which is a tribe in south of Ethiopia and lasted for several years. Regarding the conflict I have tried to draw a conlusion targeting leadership challenge and its solution.
