John's Background John Raezer completed his undergraduate studies at Harvard and went on to do his masters and doctoral studies in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. He taught at Villanova, UPenn's Executive Education Program, NYU, and summer programs at Dartmouth, Stanford, and Williams. He lectured on Risk Management all over the world. His personal life was in a shambles before he married Sallie.Sallie's BackgroundSallie Raezer graduated from Bucknell University where she majored in music. She went on to study piano performance with Alexander Fiorillo, Vladimir Horowitz's student, for eight years. Sallie trained to be a Systems Engineer, and then did systems projects for Standard and Poor's, Dupont, Sun Oil, and Miller, Anderson, Sherrerd among others. Her personal life was falling apart before she married John.TogetherJohn and Sallie shared a burning desire to straighten out their lives and have a happy family. They began a study of family bonding, and this book is the result of their thirty year journey. They achieved their dream of a Celebrating Family. In The Celebrating Family, they share the eight steps that transformed their family. Currently they live in the Philadelphia area. They love get-togethers with family and friends, music, eating well, following their sports teams, going to the theater, and visiting the Jersey shore.
