The aim of this work is to investigate the challenge of the Pedagogical Coordinator: Encounters and Disencounters in Public and Private Education in the municipality of Jequié, detecting the focus of their work, as well as reflecting on the challenges and conflicts faced in their practice that permeate the daily life of this professional in the school community.
