O Rev. Shadreck F. Chithila Kwagwanji é um moçambicano que estudou na Ilha Likoma e foi para o Colégio Bíblico Evangélico do Malawi onde obteve os seus Diplomas em Ministério Cristão e em Teologia em 2006. Continuou a obter o Bacharelato em Teologia em 2009 na Universidade do Malawi, no Colégio Chanceler e agora está a prosseguir para o Mestrado em Educação com a AIU.
