Ying Chang Compestine grew up in China and now lives in Lafayette, California. She is a popular author of children¿s books, cookbooks, and novels.   David Roberts has illustrated many children's books, including the bestselling Questioneers series. He was runner-up for the prestigious Mother Goose Award for children¿s illustration.
