Mr. Russell Boyd is an award winning and published enterprise architect serving as an independent consultant supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). His personal consulting specialties include IT Strategy development for Enterprise-wide IT architectures, healthcare-technology planning, and systems management. He has helped clients achieve their business objectives and realize the value of their networked, multi-vendor computing systems through a business and performance driven approach using enterprise architecture development.
