Rezensionen
[Stevenson] perceptively charts the influences and evolution of styles over a period of time ... Complimenting Stevenson's refreshing textual approach which brings a real clarity to the multi-layered development of styles, innovatively the book magnifies key details on specific pictures, and utilises fabric swatches and silhouettes, all of which combine to make this highly informed and readable book also a highly useable resource.
