Ifeyinwa Juliet Orji, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Business School of Soochow University, PR China. Her research interests include green manufacturing, sustainable supply chain management, and operations management. She has previous research experience in the MIT Global Supply Chain and Logistics Excellence (SCALE) Network. Ifeyinwa has published in journals such as Omega: The International Journal of Management Science, Computers and Industrial Engineering, International Journal of Production Economics; International Journal of Production Research; Transportation Research Part A: Policy and Practice among others. She serves as a reviewer and guest- editor for many reputable journals and has received several awards for excellence in research. Frank Ojadi, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of the Lagos Business School, Nigeria. Dr. Ojadi's teaching and research interests are in operations management - design and implementation of logistics and supply chain management optimization. His research works have been published in Supply Chain Management: An International Journal; International Journal of Production Research; International Journal of Logistics: Research and Applications. His case studies and technical notes include Sensational Foods Ltd, Talent Drycleaners (among the 15 top-selling cases for 2009, 2010, and 2011 in the category of production and operations management by the European Case Clearing House), Clearing of Imports at the Lagos Seaport, Economic Regulation of Industries and Industrial Sectors, Reforming the Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Maritime Security, Maritime Administration in Nigeria. He is a member of the editorial board of Journal of Transport and Supply Chain Management, South Africa.
