"The City of Ghosts" is the 3rd book in the Skulk Rock series. KOFR - Keep On Fuckin' Rockin' is the commandment/mantra of The Lowdown Dirtkickers - Jimmy Smith's San Francisco based band (as you will know by now from "The Gifts of Ghosts" and "The Secrets of Ghosts" - The 1st and 2nd Novels of the Skulk Rock Trilogy).
