Since the 1990s, about three decades ago, the territory of Masisi in North Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo, has become a "mouroir", a giant with feet of clay, due to the dynamics of communal and inter-community conflicts with the direct consequences of the creation and proliferation of armed groups of tribal and/or ethnic obedience as well as all kinds of violence, which risks becoming if not a fatality if we are not careful, if not a culture. It is imperative to make use of multidimensional strategies and/or approaches, to work to create spaces open to participation and initiative of all, to sensitize communities for mutual acceptance and peaceful coexistence. And finally, the Congolese State must assume its regalian functions, including the protection of its citizens and their property, and must establish itself and establish itself, and must finally reign over the entire national territory in general, and the territory of Masisi in particular.
