The author is an Assis. Prof at Tehran University, Faculty of Law and Political Science and holds his Ph.D from the Institute for Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies at Durham University in England. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Tehran University and is the writer of several books and papers.
