Originally from Nebraska and Colorado, among other places, Ken Seifert is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and The George Washington University. Ken has traveled and served his country abroad as a United States diplomat and spent almost ten years living in Central and South America, Africa, and the Caribbean. Ken's previous publications include The Rising Storm, a novel published in 2007. Ken has been an avid writer for many years. His hundreds of letters to the editor and op-ed pieces have been published in such newspapers as USA Today, the Washington Post, the Denver Post, the Miami Herald, the Austin American-Statesman, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the Omaha World-Herald, and the Richmond Times-Dispatch. Ken is married, is the proud father of two furry dogs, and spends his time traveling the world, exercising, or in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
