Lai Thi Hai Linh obtained her MBA Degree from School of Management_Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand in 2010. She is currently working as a lecturer in Business English Department, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education in Vietnam. Her favourite field of research is Corporate Governance.
