The book deals with the planning of special physical training at the stage of sports improvement in the annual training cycle of female athletes specializing in weightlifting. Planning is made on the basis of, for the first time introduced in the structure, sports training cycles applicable to women. These include, first of all, mesocyclophase - a gender-differentiated form of organization of the training process, which is a training cycle having duration expressed in chronological time units (weeks) and the structure corresponding to the structure of the ovarian-menstrual cycle.
